I had a really pleasant stay at a charming old building with lots of character. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect, just off Via Torino and within walking distance of the Duomo. The small side street added to the peaceful atmosphere.

The room was spacious, providing plenty of space for a romantic escape. the location was excellent, just a short walk away from the main attractions. We loved being able to easily explore the city and visit the nearby Cathedral. the staff was friendly and welcoming, providing us with helpful recommendations and making us feel at home.

There were a few aspects that were less than ideal. the kitchenette in our room was quite small and poorly equipped.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The best aspects were its central location in the heart of the city, just a short walk from all the major landmarks. The hotel was very close to the center and situated in downtown, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating, providing us with a hairdryer and ensuring that our stay was comfortable. Additionally, the hotel had a small lift, which saved us from hauling our heavy luggage up to the fourth floor. we couldn't have asked for a better location or a more pleasant stay.

As for the worst aspects, there was nothing that we didn't like.

We were impressed by the luxurious amenities offered at this hotel. Our room was beautifully decorated with exclusive facilities, and we had the pleasure of being served an in-room breakfast each morning. the staff was highly attentive to our needs and were quick to bring us everything we requested. the location was a huge plus, situated in a lovely area that was easy to get around.

Our only minor issue was that the special diet menus offered were a bit limited. the staff was accommodating and did their best to adjust the meals to our preferences.
