I had a really pleasant stay at a charming old building with lots of character. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect, just off Via Torino and within walking distance of the Duomo. The small side street added to the peaceful atmosphere.

The room was spacious, providing plenty of space for a romantic escape. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the main attractions. We loved being able to easily explore the city and visit the nearby Cathedral. the staff was friendly and cute, providing us with helpful recommendations and making us feel at home.

There were a few aspects that were less than ideal. The kitchenette in our room was quite small and poorly equipped.

The hotel was very close to the center and situated in downtown, made exploring the city convenient. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were great. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating, providing us with a hairdryer and ensuring that our stay was comfortable. we couldn't have asked for a better location or a more pleasant stay.

As for the worst aspects, there was nothing that we didn't like.

We were impressed by the luxurious amenities offered at this hotel. Our only minor issue was that the special diet menus offered were a bit limited. the staff was accommodating and did their best to adjust the meals to our preferences.
